Hotel a Lugoff

“There were bed bugs , my children got ate up and they wanted to offer another room. We all know if there is bugs and several different rooms are experiencing bites the bugs are going to be everywhere. Over all do not recommend.”

“The property was not up to code, our room had live and dead roaches, the furniture was broken and dirty, asked for a non smoking room and you can tell people smoke in the rooms, cigarettes burns. Not happy with the money you have to pay .”

“I booked this hotel for the location in proximity to where I needed to be AND the advertised pool. I was traveling with 3 children. The pool has no water in mid May in SC with temperatures in the 80s and 90s. When I booked it I knew we would be coming in overnight/early morning- I spoke to the hotel staff before hand and again called before leaving home to say we were coming. At 0600 they cancelled my reservations (2 rooms), I saw they called and returned the call at 0700 and he reinstated them....

“I would not stay here! The bathroom stink like piss! When the door closed, there was a slight crack you could see the light from the outside coming in. The door for joining room didn’t close tight. Walls are thin. ”

“I had paid in full for my room only to arrive to the hotel at 5:47 PM to be told “we oversold the rooms” and you do not have a room. I literally had driven 4 hours to be told “sorry” we gave your room to someone else. How can this be legal. FYI I have not been credited my room fee back as of a day later. Poor treatment, poor handling and completely unprofessional manager. I would avoid this location, frankly the entire chain if this is the way they treat clients.”

“The lady that checked us in was nice and friendly. The accessible room that I had was not what I expected. The room was nice and clean, loved that it had full size refrigerator, a stove and sink. I loved the shower which was great. I didn't realize that the bed was almost on the floor. It was really a problem getting in and out of because to low to the floor. The bed was what you would use for a child. I would not recommend this for a person in a wheelchair or someone who has problems with their...
