“I love this hotel; the only thing to say is the lack of a chair and an armchair in the room”

We have stayed at your property multiple times and have always had good experiences, which is why this situation was so disappointing. What made it worse was the resolution that was offered. We were only given two vouchers for a small cup of coffee, worth about six dollars each. That is nowhere near equivalent to the value...

“Beautiful property near riverfront. Our cabin was definitely tired looking but really large. There was mold in shower and the breakfast was not good. However despite these issues it was a good stay.”
