“Nice relaxing stay in a great location”

“Room was not as clean as it should have been. The couch, sofa and throw pillows were soiled. We put sheets over the couches and throw pillows. Also cupboard faces and walls, switchplates had quite a bit of slop spilled on them that wiped off quite easily but should have been wiped down before we got there. Biggest concern was the lack of bathroom facilites at the pool. This almost seems against code...certainly not a healthy situation. Can only assume the dozens of little.kids and the dozens...

“The only positive thing about this property was the fast check-in. Upon walking to our room we noticed a lot of dirty linen throughout the hallway , which seemed odd because if rooms were being cleaned why not put dirty laundry in a dirty hamper basket. Approximately 10 minutes after being in our room my wife was using the bathroom , a housekeeper barged into the room. My wife was so upset/ embarrassed. The housekeeper stated she didn't know the room was now vacant , she just wanted to make sure...

“Our original booked room had a water heater issue so they accommodated us and moved us to a different room. Under the kitchen sink had previous tenants recycling bags. The disposal did not work. The bifold closet doors in both rooms were off track and not working. The vacuum was clogged full and smelled bad. The shower faucet in the master bath is coming out of the wall. The refrigerator leaks water onto the top shelf (a bowl has been placed inside to catch it) and also in the freezer. Maybe it...
