“The house is really new and very comfortable. The kitchen and living space was great for the group to hang out and enjoy our time together. The double decks gave great space for enjoying the outdoors as well. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. A great stay!”

“Lay Lodge is your own private slice of paradise! The deck on the waterfall, hot tub, fire pit, was fabulous! The cabin had everything we needed and extras too! So clean, everything was in great shape. This property is so well cared for, even the landscaping was top notch! The drive lined with white hydrangeas was a great welcome, and the giraffe was adorable!! Loved every minute there!”

“The unit was nice until we discovered it had roaches . After contacting VRBO and the owner nothing was done to rectify the issue. We provided pictures. We couldn’t use the kitchen at all and kept food in freezer bags to keep the bugs out. We weren’t able to unpack our things and had to walk around checking for bugs. We’ve stayed at shipwatch many times over the years and never had this issue. Very disappointed with how they handled it. ”
