“Unable to stay due to roaches in the bathroom, kitchen area and refrigerator. Host tried to make it seem like it could have been an issue with the cleaner. There was also old milk in the fridge so who knows how long that was in there. Owner promised a refund but has not followed through. Additionally, was not able to reach host until day of arrival for access details. Arrived and found the property in the backyard of another house without dedicated parking which was not mentioned when booking....

“The apartment is very spacious and clean. Kitchen is huge and well stocked. Bedrooms are comfy (pillows are down) and bathrooms are comfortable. But, I wish the description had been clearer…it’s a second story unit. My husband has congestive heart failure and has a very hard time breathing when walking upstairs. And, I was scheduled for hip replacement surgery 3 days after our SC trip. Needless to say I wouldn’t have booked the property if I knew about the stairs. It was a painful climb for both...

“The only negative I have is the seating in the dining room and living room. It is a rental for 6 and there is only seating in both for four.”
