“For a stay in Beaufort, SC, for my money, the Rhett House Inn cannot be beat. It is located in the heart of the historic district and within walking distance of almost everything. We parked our car on Friday afternoon and didn't see it again until we checked out on Sunday. In between, we walked to various sites of interest and restaurants throughout the day. I will say however, if you have trouble walking then this may be an issue as we had to walk three flights of stairs inside to reach our room. Many many stairs. There was no indication of this when viewing the site on Expedia. ”
