“The stay was really great. The bugs around the marsh and all the dead jelly fish were not so great. No complaints about the property other than unclear instructions on where to put trash. ”

“Parking was private and super easy. Room 6 was large, spacious and very nicely accommodating. Shower was larger than expected with excellent water pressure. Location is near a very busy intersection with views of the water, the swing bridge, and lots of action but so worth it to be part of it all for downtown’s hustle and bustle of small town Beaufort, SC. Almost walking distance to everything. A great place to stay.”

“The room was nice and well equipped for cooking. It was in a great location. With this being a new vacation location for me, I did contact Matt a couple of times about recommendations or suggestions and he was so helpful. He was a fantastic host!”

Upon arrival we foubd the property exactly as listed and well cleaned. The location - about a block from the beach - was perfect for us. “The fact that there was a second toilet room was a bit misleading as there was no mention that it was not on the main floor, but ground level in laundry room. House was very clean and linens quite good for a rental house.”
