“This property was a huge disappointment. The bathroom was dirty, the baseboards and walls were filthy, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend staying here. Between the poor condition of the property and the lack of customer service, I will not be returning.”

“Everything was fine. Just two issues that were bothersome. 1) The bathroom floors and tub had an extremely slippery residue. 2) There were very noisy guests above our room.”

“This was a simple stay but SO nice. I had everything I needed. There was treats and water you can get 24/7 where you check in. The rooms had little things you don’t think about that made it very convenient. Like even pump soap at the sink. And a good sized refrigerator ! Everything felt clean. And room was nice and cold. Will def return. All you need for a little beach getaway.”

“Unfortunately I was charged TWICE on the WRONG card and charged a late checkout fee, which I asked to be removed for the inconvenience of being double charged on the wrong card and was DENIED that request. Then when I called to ask for additional towels the first time the office lady did bring them to my room right away. The second night I asked for additional towels I had to go down and get them myself from the office.”

“The parking was right behind the Inn. It was one block from shopping and dining. We had a great view from the seating on the front porch. ”

“There was an unpleasant smell in the room, a musty smell. The air conditioner is entirely inside the room, both the indoor and outdoor units, and it hums very loudly. During our 5-night stay, the room was only cleaned once. Although we were told that housekeeping would be every other day. It's really unpleasant to come back to the room and find all the towels still wet and not replaced. Because of the humidity in the room, it's hard to breathe. At breakfast, the tables were sticky to the touch,...

“It was a unique experience that I would receive messages asking if I was ok and if I needed anything. I asked for a mug so I can make tea and a few minutes later, I received it. The room was very spacious.”
