“Everything was top notch”

“We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.”

“We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed Tybee Island. The motel is in a great place for access to the beach, it has its own clean pool, the room was comfortable and we had a little extra room with a coffee machine and fridge which was handy. the bathroom was teeny but the shower worked and we managed fine. The ladies on reception were friendly and helpful. I would happily stay there again.”

“Bring beach towels unless you'd like to buy them at the service desk for $20 a piece. I'll just bring a room towel you say? They got you, you just bought a room towel. ”

“My boyfriend and I spontaneously decided to take a trip to HHI and needed a place to stay for a night. When looking for places I just wanted to stay somewhere that had a bed, a shower, and a toilet. This place popped up! After we checked in, the lady at the front desk offered us three options: a free room upgrade, an extra night for free, or 24/7 check out time. I initially chose one option but later decided to choose the extra free night bc I'd be silly not too. And she honored the request!...

“Great clean property is a safe location overlooking the river. The upstairs restaurant has great staff and views for coffee or dinner and drinks. Great gym facility and comfortable beds . Great dining all around the hotel. Not a far walk to major attractions Highly recommend”

“We booked 3 nights for the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament. Upon checkin the room looked clean and spacious. We checked in very tired from a day of walking in the heat. We went to dinner then straight to bed. The next evening my husband and I both noticed something protruding from a corner of the wall in the bathroom beside the shower. Upon closer inspection…we found it to be a literal mushroom(about 4 inches long) growing from an area of obvious mold. There was another area of mold on the other...
