“The room was comfortable free of pests! The sofa in the room appeared to be stained with blood which made me afraid to even use it! The major issue with property was I requested service from housekeeping 4 different times before it was ever done! Why am I paying to stay in a hotel if they can't even perform basic service requests!”

“The blinds made of a material that allowed light to come in and the room never really go dark. People passing by could not see inside. It was not good for sleeping. Also, the a/c unit in the room was so loud it kept waking us up when it would kick on. “I had stayed in this hotel one week earlier on my way to Florida and I left the charger for my electric toothbrush. When I returned on my way back to Virginia I found out that the maid had turned it in to the front desk. It was an insignificant piece of equipment but it was nice that they held it for my return. The front desk clerk and the maid were very helpful in making me feel welcome. The clerk that works the front office in the morning was also on top of everything. She kept the coffee...

“I would stay here again and again. I love the ambiance and charm of the historic home which still shines through along side the luxurious updates in the beautiful bathroom, soft rugs, comfy bed. They have thought of everything and provided a beautiful space to enjoy it in. Games, toiletries, coffee, water, an honor wine bar upstairs. I cannot wait to go back. “Pool advertised, was not available. Bathroom off Lobby had Out of Service sign on it , was only locked. Poor focus for a hospitality organization.”

“This is an older motel and it shows. Rooms have been somewhat upgraded but the electrical system is not good. My microwave ran twenty seconds and then tripped the breaker. I was able to reset it, but it kept tripping it. Upstairs room was having a very loud party.”

“In passaggio verso la florida, ci siamo fermati in questo Quality Inn in quanto l'esperienza al precedente Economy Inn era stata disastrosa, mentre il Quality Inn di qualche sera prima era decente. Siamo stati positivamente sorpresi in quanto questo hotel ha anche una piccola, ma pulita, piscina e una colazione migliore del precedente "Quality". Pulite le camere, decente il wifi.”

“Beautiful property near riverfront. Our cabin was definitely tired looking but really large. There was mold in shower and the breakfast was not good. However despite these issues it was a good stay.”
