“Hotel comodo, parcheggio disponibile all'esterno. Vicino ad un ottimo ristorante giapponese e ad una farmacia. Camera ampia con il necessario per il soggiorno, prodotti da bagno cambiati ogni giorno, aria condizionatabin stanza un pó rumorosa (la notte lasciavo solo la ventilazione per ridurre il rumore), wifi gratis (ma noiosa la procedura per il log in), buona la colazione continentale anche se poca scelta di dolci (solo muffin che erano molto buoni). Personale gentile e disponibile. ”

“1. l'albergo applica una procedura di pulizia di camera ogni 3 giorni!! non credo sia accettabile per la tariffa pagata! 2. all'arrivo c'era lo scarico del water che non andava. Abbiamo alzato il coperchio del water per fare andare lo scarico manualmente. 3. il pavimento all'entrata della camera cosi come il corridoio davanti alla camera erano bagnati. non so se si tratta di una perdita dell'acque condizionata.”

“Stanza con carpet molto sporco, per 2 giorni consecutivi non hanno pulito la stanza se non dopo ripetute richieste. Colazione inclusa sufficiente. Letti molto comodi. A 20 minuti di macchina da downtown Charleston quindi posizione molto comoda. ”

“Great hotel!!! Would stay over and over again. The rooms are modern, spacious and uniquely laid out. The staff was always friendly and quick to say hello. The bar is a nice touch and staff was very nice there as well. The drinks were stiff too. The pool area is clean and well kept. The beds are comfy and the pillows aren’t flat. I never tried the breakfast. Highly suggest. ”

“The lobby and rooms were spotless. Staff was very very friendly. Lots of space and storage. Beds very comfortable. Kitchenette was very handy. East to get to and from airport.”

“Overall very good. The only confusion I had was that I prepaid for breakfast and didn't tell them at the breakfast nor was I asked if it was prepaid.Thankfully, I confirmed at checkout and they refunded my breakfast charges. Had I not done this I would have double paid for breakfast. The breakfast was very good and thankfully NOT a buffet but fresh to order. My kids loved it.”

“This late 19th century building that is now a hotel is one of the top 5 best hotels we've ever stayed in! The room was gorgeous and the staff just wonderful. I can't say enough about the breakfast, as every morning was a delight. We can't wait to book here again when we come back to Charleston!”
