“Reception staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and afternoon snacks were excellent. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. While we didn't have a nice view from the room, that was more than made up for by the excellent service. An excellent overall choice for our visit to Charleston.”

Our room is everything I hoped for and more! I had a business trip right after our anniversary trip and the Pinch has in room washer and dryers! I was able to get my laundry done quickly and efficiently in my own time!
Our room had a small little terrace that we were able to enjoy our coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening!

“Perfect location to see historic Charleston. Walking distance to everything. Lots of shopping and restaurants. Hotel also offers rides up to 2 1/2 miles which is an added bonus. “The entire place is my favorite and there are a lot of choices in Charleston. Probably the most comfortable beds and pillows. Also, the finishes are just gorgeous. The hotel always smells incredible too and very clean. My only area of improvement, I wish they'd remember me. I've stayed there a dozen times and they always ask, "Is it your first time with us?" It would be nice to have some sort of reward program.”
“Our stay was wonderful! We were right in the ❤️ of the city in close proximity to everything. Yet in the hotel it was very quiet.The hotel was imaculate. “The Iris was exactly what I needed, except maybe the car carousel. Technically, my vehicle fits on the SUV carousel, but not really. That was frustrating, especially since I slightly damaged my door. User error.
