There was an internet outage for approximately 24 hours, which was a significant inconvenience. As a result, the bar was closed, and the laundry facilities were offline, making it necessary to obtain change for the machines. The biggest highlight was the incredibly helpful staff — everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable.
