“Outstanding hotel from which to explore the immense beauty of Charleston. Staff were all so fantastic from helping us check in early, to restaurant recommendations to facilitating our bag storage while we checked out and went to tour College of Charleston (reason for our trip). Rooms were very comfortable - spacious, nice linens, very clean. Hotel design is beautiful. Highly recommend. ”

“Not what I was expecting for downtown Charleston, but it didn't have a great rating to begin with so I shouldn't have been surprised.
The furniture was worn and stained. The coffee area could only serve one person at a time, comfortably. The Staff was very nice but not very well schooled on customer service. “Best hospitality of any hotel I've ever stayed. Spacious, clean, quiet rooms with luxurious linens and incredibly comfortable beds and pillows.The bathroom was also tops with thick soft towels and the best smelling lotion and wash/soap but most importantly, the water pressure was amazing! Turndown service each night, with bottled water and fresh chocolate chip cookies, so yummy.

“Stay there for a girls trip and it was just perfect. The building itself is so gorgeous in historic next to a beautiful park with a lot of open grass area where locals spend some time and sun bathe.
