“Hotel was clean and very nice! Beds were comfortable! We had rain so beach wasn’t available, but so convenient to the beach and the views were great! Due to rain we couldn’t utilize balcony for our coffee breaks, but was really nice! ”

“My son and I truly enjoyed spending Thanksgiving at Harbourside Charleston Marina & Resort. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. Our hotel room was exceptionally clean and fresh, which made our stay even more relaxing. “My stay was wonderful!! Everything was very clean from the lobby to the rooms. The front desk staff was awesome! Stephanie, Nyoka, and I don’t remember the name of the young lady that checked me in on my first night around 6pm but she was very nice and helpful. Our toilet handle wouldn’t flush so I called the front desk and she did not hesitate to change our room. I highly recommend this hotel!!”

“We were there in November, so the oil was closed and the hotel was pretty quiet. The staff was just kind of "there". They were OK, but didn't go out of their way to welcome our greet you. The rooms were great and very clean. We didn't eat at the hotel, so we cannot say how the food was. The shuttle drivers were great and very friendly. ”

“The staff were very accommodating and the room was lovely. HOWEVER, as in so many hotels, the lighting is more decorative than functional. The closets are the size of a postage stamp and the bathroom is barely big enough to turn around in. It is an old, historic hotel, and it’s possible that city codes prevent modernization. There are many other hotels in that location where you would probably get more bang for your buck. ”
