“Only issue really was the one lady we had checking us in at the convention Center. She was a little rude and not super helpful. Other than that everything was great!!! We had lots of fun! Kitchen was great Beds were great, wifi was great and most importantly the air conditioner was excellent!”

“As soon as we walked in the door it felt like home. The unit was beautifully decorated. Special touches like the lamps were on, tv set to music, curtains open made it feel welcoming.The unit is equipped with everything you could possibably need during your stay.I look forward to returning soon!”

“This place was perfect for our family of 3. The condo is immaculate, well-appointed, and well-stocked. The beach is just steps away on the boardwalk. The ocean is calm in this estuary area, and we saw dolphins every day both from the beach and the back deck. The host is a great communicator--friendly and responsive. We have stayed in the Pelican Watch Villas before, and this unit is our hands-down favorite.”
