“I went to Charleston to see my son that’s stationed there. I have not seen him in 5 months. I wanted to cook for him. I believe because we had dogs with us they put us in the dog room. That was not stocked with cooking supplies. I had to purchase pans And baking pans. I was told their shipment has not come in yet. I asked for sheets and was not delivered. I finally found the maintenance man and he gave me sheets. All in all I did get to spend a great time with my son and did cook a bunch.”

“Well, the room was nice, great view…however, hot water was hard to come by…shower was cool/luke warm for 2 days…no answer from the office, the phone rings, then tells you there’s no one answering. I had to go to the office and tell them about the situation (and my tv remote had dead batteries). About 2 hours later, a custodian arrived with my batteries…no mention of lack of hot water on his sheet. Other than that, which was remedied on day 3 of 5, the room had all the amenities of a kitchen,...

“The room was decent but it wasn’t worth the price that we paid. No one cleaned our room the entire stay, I called front desk and asked about room service and the gentleman said that they were short staff, and they will not be cleaning our room during our stay. That was very disappointing. We had to call down for tissue, and paper towels. They were out of paper towels , and we had to go and pick up our own tissue because they couldn’t leave the front desk.
