“This hotel was terrible. The rooms were disgusting. We bad dirty sheets on our beds.There was the smell of mold. The floors were dirty. The walls look like someone had been smoking in it for yrs. You couldn’t walk on your bare feet. It was the grossest hotel I have ever stayed at. The water park is across the street so not convenient for someone with small children. I spoke to the hotel manager about it, and he just looked at me. He did not offer any accommodation. He didn’t say he was sorry for...

“I was switched to a Sister property on the day of my arrival. They had a few units which a/c's broke prior to our arrival. Not happy about this but, Melissa was very professional and gave us one of their biggest units. We loved it so much we added additional days same night! We booked again for Wednesday thru Friday!!!”

“To start off i felt like the receptionist staff didn't feel like talking, they dont greet you well they have attitudes it seems like they dont want to work. Another thing the elevators would no work it would take a long time to open and close the elevators would smell nasty and dirty. The elevators number lights would go off let's say I press the number 4 you wouldn't know if you pressed it or not or if I pressed number 4 it would go to the number 3 .”

“The apartment was very spacious, and clean, beautiful views balcony and lobby with windows facing ocean blvd. I love the fact that the keys were bracelets and the pools were inside and out which was perfect for all my children 4-17 years old. The only thing that was a bummer was parking being two blocks away. Which was an inconvenience for my sister who couldn’t walk too long. But still it was great and staff friendly.”

“Stayed here for my daughter's 16th birthday. Our suite was spacious and clean. All of the staff were very professional and willing to assist with our requests. We are planning to come here for our next family vacation! Unfortunately due to weather, the outside pool was closed the first day. The girls were still able to swim indoors. They have a wonderful shuttle that takes you to the beach area that is set aside for Grande Dune guests. Additionally, they offer valet parking. Just a great place...
