ApartHotel a Myrtle Beach

“Everything was smooth as far as check in. The room was nice, had a muggy smell, but clean. Our first night was a disaster. We got back from the college (parents weekend)& came back to a hot muggy room. The air conditioning seemed to be working before we left earlier that day; because, after check in we were in a hurry to see our child at the CCU. As I stated above, it was muggy & had a musty smell. It was late - around 11 pm. Our room was set to 68 but read 77. I called the front to notify& they...

“The room had roaches. I asked him to come and clean or spray no one ever did.!! I asked for blankets. Never got them.!! The door handles on the doors were broken and it would lock you out of your room. I asked them to fix them. They never came. They said since I booked through Expedia, they couldn’t give me any accommodation for that they could feed me breakfast. That was all they could do. Unfortunately, I had already ate breakfast. When I first got there, they sent me to the wrong tower in the...

“The resort was great for my one night stay! The staff was friendly & the room was clean! The breakfast buffet & restaurant had great food options! I got a great price for my stay & the resort kept in contact with me—confirming my reservation. I did not use the water park but it was open with many families enjoying it. I will definitely be back!”

“Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view.”

“Went to another venue and there was no comparison to the Marina Inn, so I cancelled the other venue immediately and came back to Marina inn.”

“The rooms where not as clean as they should have been, roaches in the room, and they don't provide housekeeping during your stay and we had to go and get our own towels and trash bags it was not a pleasant stay especially for the price you pay...very unsatisfied!! I will not be staying there no more...need to shut that place down and do some renovation ASAP!!!”

“Staff was courteous and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable.”
