“This Hotel NEEDS updating/cleaning. The set-up is odd with the Front Desk only being accessible from outside, in a separate building. The Guest Rooms are accessible in a building to the South. When entering the Guest Rooms Building, you need your Key Card (which is fine). The first area you enter is not welcoming and the signage is poor. This area is a narrow hall and cluttered with luggage carts. On the West side of the hallway are the Elevators and to the East side is the indoor Pool Area. The...

“The listing on the property said breakfast serve daily. There was no breakfast at all. They charged me an extra $49 when it was supposed to be included in the cost, the sauna was closed was not listed on here. The pools were nice. Hotel was nice. It was not satisfied. Didn’t get all that I wanted. It said it on the listings but when we got there, it was not on the listings. The lady said they never have breakfast and told me it was not on a website and I showed that it was front desk was nasty...

“This was the worst properly that I have ever stayed at in Myrtle Beach. There rooms were extremely outdated, there was black mold in the rooms, the indoor pool area were dirty. One of the hot tubs was taped off and the other one had a thick foam in it. Customer service was terrible we couldn’t even get an extra blanket Expedia or the hotel didn’t offer any resolution. I I feel like I got robbed. ”
