“We was there Saturday Sunday and Monday night there was no hot water the front desk was notified no one came and checked it also it looked like they was doing some remodeling but it was awful if the room was supposed to be painted How about finishing it Whycharge people resort fees clearly that's a Motel not even a Hotel please refund that 45 dollars extra that you charged So I won't recommend No one stay there until you finish the remodeling or tell the truth about what you are doing to...

“Indoor pool was closed the jacuzzi was closed the room was dirty the floors was black and their was hair in both showers and some kind of blue stuff in one shower and black stuff in the other shower. The sliding door to the ball was broken. Overall experience wouldn’t stay their again and definitely won’t tell my family to stay their. Their parking garage you couldn’t hardly get through it’s one way so if your going up and they come down at the same time one is gonna have to back upstairs cause...

“Very nice overnight stay. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The only drawback was the busy elevators. But there were a lot of guests, so we just had to be patient. But we would definitely stay here again.”

“The people at the front desk were very nice and so were all of the other staff members but we saw four bugs in our room over a two night stay. Two large water bugs and two bugs I was not able to identify. The toilet had a bad stench from the start. It’s just not a very clean place at all. The room was tiny, I was under the impression I had booked something larger with a seating area. The walls are not sound proof whatsoever.
