“This was top tier. Complimentary Valet service. They parked my car and unpacked the car and took the bags to the room and unpacked. We ordered a grocery delivery and they brought the bags up to the room. When we left, they came up to load the luggage cart and they packed the car.”

“I love staying here, however I have two issues:
1 - I don't like being forced to listen to a sales pitch for a timeshare, just to get my room keys.
2 - I don't like your 10AM checkout time. I feel like 11 is pretty standard, and most places will even extend that if you call early enough.”
