“Condo was just ok. The price should be a bit less. The building is outdated and in need of a good exterior cleaning. Interior was clean looking but once I took a second look I noticed the room or closet the air handler is in is very dirty I moved the bed to put on the sheet and notice a lot of old dirt and hair you can tell it isn’t a place that is clean on a weekly basis. Not being able to use the pool after 10 pm was dissatisfying. Beach access should be reworked so you don’t have to walk...

“Everything was as is. Nice and cozy house in a quiet neighborhood. Only sight issue we had was there was quite a bit of hair in the the sink and bathtub. Other than that, the place was nice and clean.”
