“Enjoyed our stay at stones throw. Have a 2 year and 4 year old and it was close walk to beach access with two blocks and 4 blocks to playground. The area is very busy with visitors to beach on weekend, but was very walkable during the weekdays. Also very close to the beach city center with lots of great places to eat.”

It's nothing fancy, but has all the charm.... we adore the crow's nest on the roof, the large front porch, the fenced, dog-friendly back yard, the laundry room available downstairs in the basement, plenty of parking, the proximity to the beach and Center Street.... We liked staying in the more relaxed Folly Beach area and driving into Charleston. The kitchen had what we needed to fry fish, make smoothies, and handle the rest of our food needs.”

“I cannot articulate how well we were treated. The home is amazing. The staff is excellent and attentive. Everything you “forgot to bring” is in the home. Excellent location and home. Folly Beach is filled with amazing people visiting, and the locals are even better. There were no issues because the staff was thorough and it is very clear that Carolina Vacation Rentals is proud to offer the absolute best service and experience. I hate to leave, but will be back.”

“A great house for our group of 4 couples (in our 50s). Comfortable, modern, right on the beach, nice porch, close (but not too close) to town. The only drawbacks were: 1) all bedrooms open to "great room", so those who wanted to go to bed early were easily disturbed by those who wanted to stay up; and 2) upstairs bathroom is shared (when it seems like there is plenty of room to have it made into two bedrooms). “The house was only about 50 yards from the beach and the rooftop deck is like the pictures online, you can see and hear the ocean from up top. There was a nice hammock under some shade in the yard.
