“Check-in was the biggest hassle, trying to get the code to the door and the pictures in the listing! do not do the room justice whatsoever. I thought I was going to a new modern place that was just freshly renovated! Instead, I got an old musty bathroom smell that smells like the toilet was just clogged for six weeks and the toilet was extremely too small. The kitchen was so outdated even trying to cook pancakes took two hours the pictures that I were shown when I booked the room is not how the...

“You basically get what you paid for. The pull out couch that we had smelled, and they didn’t provide enough blankets. Thankfully I brought a throw blanket. The pools were not the most clean as well, and one of the elevators smelled like urine. It was one of the cheaper hotels so don’t expect the most luxurious experience. It was mid at best.”

“Decor was nice, Property was clean, the shower was amazing. Overall excellent trip!”

“I don’t think the room was okay for the price that I paid. I stayed for 5 days and there’s no housekeeping no maintenance. I asked someone there if they can fix the door because it doesn’t lock and they didn’t help us . Also tv was poor quality.”

“I loved our small apartment with a balcony for our two night stay. Great access to the beach and room were spacious. The only thing that I didn’t like since we weren’t staying for the week is that timeshare owners check in on Saturday therefore, I had to switch rooms mid stay. So it interrupted our stay and having young toddlers wasn’t fun having to pack up and unpack again. Other than that, I would stay again but not check in on a Friday.”
