Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect place for our family to get away for the week. Reasonable price, good location, it was clean and the management was very helpful and fast when we checked in and out.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Appears to have mold on bathroom ceiling. Pullout couches were very flimsy and uncomfortable. Small bedrooms. Bathroom door was hard to open/shut and lock. The floor threshold in the bathroom was missing and nails were sticking out of the floor. Good covered deck, decent size living area. Palmetto bugs were a nuisance. They were all over the deck at night & we killed 3 indoor. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My only complaint was the water heater could not keep up with three of us. We had to use the bathhouse for showers a few times. The toilet also runs for longer than it should. Those are easy fixes though. Overall excellent experience! We love Lakewood!
