“Terrible hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone. People were smoking marijuana everywhere, and there was constant yelling and noise from other rooms. We complained, but the staff did not seem to care or take any action. Even getting clean towels was a problem — no one bothered to replace the dirty ones. At the same time, they seem very interested in finding ways to charge you more money. Very disappointing experience and definitely not a place I would stay again.”

“We had a late check in, 11:40pm didn’t get to the counter and finished until 12:30am. I already booked a room. One person working. We were told no more rooms were available, a call was made and was told they had some rooms left. A room was assigned, when we got to the room, the mattresses were off the bed, not made, pillows in the bathroom, smelled of cleaning supplies. Went back to front desk, another room was assigned, we found an open water bottle, crack In the ceiling, things were randomly...

“The rooms were clean. The pool area is very nice and I enjoyed the spa. There are not a lot of food options. There are a few different restaurants, but they all basically serve the same food. That would be my only complaint.”
