The house was well equipped except for a few minor details-only found one kitchen towel, the outdoor grill needs some attention (some parts are rusted), would've enjoyed a drip coffee maker, and a larger kitchen sponge/scrubber. Everything else was wonderful and accommodated our needs beyond our expectations.

The house is really new and very comfortable. The kitchen and living space was great for the group to hang out and enjoy our time together. The double decks gave great space for enjoying the outdoors as well. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. A great stay!

The house was exactly as advertised. The house was spotless. Comfortable beds. We had a total of twelve (6 adults and 6 children). There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids really enjoyed the game room. Great deck to unwind after a long day. The host was quick to respond to any question I had. Would stay again.

The house was perfect and in a great location. It was very relaxing hearing the sounds of the brook in the backyard while sitting on the back porch enjoying the view. The house is great for small and large groups alike and the game room was a hit for the kids and adults. The host made great suggestions and was communicative. Would definitely recommend this home and hope to be back.

This house is nothing short of amazing. Lot's of space, high end touches everywhere; super comfortable bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and the living areas were open and inviting. My family and I would love to visit again.

The home was immaculate. It was surrounded by nature and extremely private and peaceful. We had a momma deer with 3 baby fawns literally right off the deck that we watched most mornings! It was a short walk to the docks where you could swim and/or dock a boat with the use of the owners private slip, we did both. The area was on the remote side which worked for us but most stores were within a 30 min drive as well as most restaurants. We mostly cooked/grilled and enjoyed the modern kitchen and massive decks with plenty of seating. The game room got a lot of use, my only suggestion here is maybe a little more seating but either way was highly enjoyable. The bedding was extremely comfortable which in our experience is on the rare side so that was much appreciated. All in all our family had one of our best vacations and would highly recommend this home.

Nice comfortable place

We had an amazing 10 days here, the house was perfect for our family, the kids loved the game room, the house had everything we needed and was very clean. Great location and near to all the things we had planed.

We had the best time staying here! From the moment we booked, Ray was incredibly responsive and helpful. Before we even arrived, he answered all of our questions, and after check-in he was quick to help us figure out where to park our boat. He explained the best marina to launch from and gave us clear directions on where to park our trailer and what slot to dock our boat, which made everything so much easier.The house is even more beautiful in person and was spotless when we arrived. We had two families coming together from North Carolina and Illinois — a total of 10 adults and 1 child — and everyone had plenty of space to spread out without ever feeling crowded.The neighborhood’s private marina is about a 5 minute walk from the house. There are a few hills along the way, so be prepared for a little walk, but it’s absolutely worth it for the convenience and beautiful setting.One of the coolest parts of our stay was seeing wildlife around the neighborhood—we spotted a black bear outside the gate and several deer during our trip!We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family vacation and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This property was amazing! It was exactly as pictured. The location was convenient with easy access to Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee. The house was well stocked and beautifully appointed. We would definitely stay there again. We had an incredibly relaxing vacation!
