“All staff were professional, informative and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent”

“The “refreshed” rooms have poorly installed shower doors. They were literally falling off their brackets. A true hazard as they are glass. Reported to front and they moved us to another “refreshed” room where those shower doors were also not hung properly but not as dangerous as the first room. ”

“We did not stay there because we deemed it an unsafe environment because suspicious people were hanging out in the parking lot at night.”

“Parking was easy - but parking lot was in terrible condition. Room was only borderline clean, beds were "gritty" in the sheets. Room was not fully stocked - ie not enough towels, only one bar of soap for two people, 40 watt light bulbs (so dark), no cups, etc. Breakfast was mostly cold cereal or biscuits and gummy gravy, only two types of juice (although dispenser had room for mote). Staff was mostly unfriendly and rude... Person who checked us in was Great! Following staff was terrible! ...

“A/C was quiet, but cold air flow made me very uncomfortable. It was blowing right in my face. I had to shot it down in the middle of the night. The window did not have an option to open it. Even not a smallest gap. It's crazy. Why not?! Also the smoke detector was flashing strong white light all night long, I wonder why? I should give them 3 stars. 4 was probably too much.”

“Roach motel. I saw and killed multiple roaches, no refund was considered by staff. Cm on towels, dirty floors, television didn’t work. Staff peaked into window (hands cupped around face, face to glass peaked) while I was inside. Not a good scene”

“Lights over sink didn’t work. Tub drain broken. Shower head assembly leaking badly. Water pressure at sink and shower was poor. Water temperature was barely warm. Shower control valve operates incorrectly and decorative plate is upside down so hot is cold and cold is hot but not hot at all. The TV channel listings were different at night than in the morning. No local channels were there at night but were there in morning. Elevator needs cleaning badly. ”

“The staff was kind and supportive, which I truly appreciated. However, the booking experience was misleading. The hotel appeared to be fully booked with only a few king-size rooms available, which led me to assume that most of my event group was staying there. In reality, it seems certain areas of the hotel were unavailable due to repairs—not that the hotel was actually near capacity. I also chose this hotel over our company-provided lodging specifically because it advertised having a usable...
