“A bar of soap was preventing toilet to flush properly, they took care of it immediately, but that makes me think if the toilet was cleaned before we arrived. “I have stayed here before but in recent years it seems thst the property has taken a turn for the worse. I was in town for the weekend. We arrived late in the evening on Friday and quickly noticed the room had a odor when we entered. After settling in we noticed that the closet door would not stay closed, istead there was a trash can put in front of the door to kepp it closed. There were multiple flies in the room. Could have happened when leaving the door open when cleaning. The tub had "tiles"...

“We checked in at 9:00 pm - pool closed room never cooled down- especially the front half of the room where sofa beds is located. left at 6:30 am room was not that cleaned - needs carpet cleaned; all mattress needs to be replaced including sofa bed. Hotel is dark and needs to be cleaned including elevators, and hallways.”

“I was pleasantly surprised with this property! The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and we had no issues!”

“The cleanliness could have been better..we had to ask for new sheets and pillow cases..as someone that is a manager for janitorial business, I would have hoped it would have been more than it was! We had to change our own bed bc there was no staff to do it. Then I noticed the cleaner in the morning was using the same mop water in every room..I get being short staffed but managing comes first so that’s where it starts!! Do better..”
