“After a long drive (8+hours) it felt so nice to be greeted with a big smile and welcoming words from the front desk agent (Theresa). This wonderful young lady made our day….thank you Theresa!!!! We also cannot say enough about all other staff members that we came upon the next day. We loved everything about our experience but it’s the staff who puts this hotel ‘over the top’ PS: A special thanks to Theresa :)”

“my husband and I woke at 5am to roaches in the room and the host said we need to contact Expedia for a refund ”

“Didn’t feel safe as a single female. Lock on the door didn’t work. Mold on the pillows. ”

“Dirty, no hot water in shower first day, no hot water in sink second day, roaches, flies, old and dilapidated, rude staff, noisy, dogs barking throughout the night, refused to give refund when I complained five times.”

From the welcome bag with treats and waters to ease of check in to the delicious breakfast, this hotel has to be one of the BEST pet friendly hotels we have ever stayed in! ”
