“clean quiet and comfortable.”

“Staff were helpful, welcoming and accommodating. The toilet in our room was malfunctioning.”

“When I checked in I was told that I rented a king smoking room. No. I had receipt that showed non smoking. Oh no rooms I had to book another room and pay again. I should have left. Oh they found a nonsmoking room after second booking No smoke alarm. The old tub was tall to step over window AC off and on all night I notified Expedia and was refunded for the first booking”

“TV hard to navigate, property dirty, ie, burning pit full of cigarette buts,garbage can tipped over bag on the floor, coffee cou ter dirty, outside patio and patio trusses dirty, dust up high in room top of door frame, top of picture's, top of curtains”
