“We booked this hotel because it was near family we were visiting and it had decent reviews. What a terrible experience. The lady at the front desk when we checked in seemed highly annoyed that we were bothering her. (The ladies at the desk the next morning were very nice - which is why I'm giving three stars instead of one). When we got to our room, it was not very clean and was in poor repair. (See photos). “If i'm being 100% honest, for the price, wasnt bad. I was expecting worse. Room was clean and critter free, staff were actively cleaning. I missed the memo about pets being allowed but didnt affect my stay. There were some downsides like some loose panels in the bathroom and one that had a rusty nail behind it. The water pressure is quite low and not very hot. Parking is solid. No issues there. Property is definitely a mixed bag. ”
