“Really great stay. Great location. Clean and great staff!! The exhaust fan in our room 217 Tahiti needs replacing it is so so loud and mold/mildew is present. The coffee in the lobby near check in was out of commission part of our trip when my daughter went to get coffee Friday morning. View was great! Only one pkg of coffee for our room with 4 people staying. ”

“This is our 2nd time staying here and there were noticeable improvements like the new gate to the pool and new wooden fencing. The only issue was the mattress in our room. It was lumpy, squeaky and the bottom sheet kept coming off. Not a deal breaker, just start replacing your mattress. ”

“The check in was great with no issues. The bed was a little harder than we like but it wasnt bad. We loved having the kitchenette and the couch to sit on inatead of just the bed and a chair. They were super accommodating to us with our pups , we traveled with our three dogs. ”

When I checked back on the reservation in March Expedia noted pool maintenance would be taking place the week we booked. I called Hilton 3 times to inquire which pool to ensure my kids would have a pool to swim in. Each time I called I was told they have no information on any pool maintenance. “By far the best hotel Myrtle Beach has to offer, which is kind of sad considering it's a major tourist destination with 100's of hotels. All-inclusive resort with amazing pools, tannings spots, spa, hot tubs, restaurants, and private beach access. The front desk and hotel staff were not particularly welcoming, friendly, or hospitable, but the hot attentive pool boy and experienced female bar tenders made up for it. “When we arrived to check in I was given my room. No one told me that my room had been downgraded until we went up to see it. When I called, they basically told me that since I booked with Expedia (3rd party) that I had to take what I could get. ”

“Paid extra for a sea view, it seemed that the better rooms with a proper sea view and higher floors required an upgrade when you check in, which they kept pushing. Most of the pools were closed or dirty. The hotel is on the flight path. We had a junior suite and this has a window to a corridor, so anyone walking past looks in at the bed. Then you also have to pay extra for parking, resort fees and tax, so will have to add $60 per night to the hotel cost. ”
