“Just wish the hottub and pool was open later”

“Access to the beach was the best part of this hotel. Housekeeping policies were useless. Replacing towels was difficult.”

“Upon checking in, the air conditioning in the room was not working. The staff responded quickly and got us in another room. All went well after that.”

“Very dirty, stains on chairs in the room, mold on door in bathroom, mold on coffee machine. Felt very uncomfortable, best part is the access to the beach from there. Parking is in a garage across the street, so tight, and good luck getting on the elevators during check out time, or pulling your car up to load it while checking out.”

“Both outdoor pools were dirty. The inside pool was a little cleaner.However, the two hot tubs were disgusting. We booked an ocean view with a balcony and did not get one. We also asked to be next to the people we were traveling with.Due to medical issues and we were on totally different floors.”
