“Clean place to stay with no frills. The balcony is the real appeal of this place, with a great view of the beach. Access to the beach was super convenient. The owner was very communicative. Alex kept us updated along the way and was very kind. We would definitely stay again! The hotel itself was a little run down so I would definitely recommend staying with this owner over booking through the hotel. ”

“Property was amazing, close to shops and the beach! We loved the front desk people and were very pleased with our room. The pillows could use an update, but other than that very pleased.”

“The place and staff were amazing, very kind, happy, respectful, polite, and made us feel welcomed. It was very budget, family, and pet friendly. The only issue we had was when we first got to our room our floor was very damp. I adjusted the AC unit to the cool and dry setting and by morning it was fine. But while it was damp it did leave some dirt/residue on socks and feet. I am not sure if it was bc of the dampness. But, it wasn't a major issue for us personally. We just wiped the floor...

“They Cancelled my reservation don’t know why, they sure withdrew the money from my account I was not informed of it called police and they kicked me out of the property! Never have I experienced such before will never return to this property!!! 👎👎👎👎”

“This condo was a great home away from home. There’s plenty of space, convenient laundry room with extra space to store your beach gear, sunny back patio, comfy beds, big closets. Very quick walk to the beach. Neighbors were all lovely. And you can bring your furry friend! Would definitely come back.”

“This place was wonderful! Short walk tona market, short walk to the beach, kiterally a 5 min walk. The apartment was clean, it was spacious, it was just absolutely wonderful! Not to mention she was ok with bringing my two fur babies. If i ever get back down that way (Im from Indiana), I will definitely look this place up again! Highly recommended if you have up to 6 people staying with you!”

“Great and concise communication. The host made sure we were accommodated in any way needed. The room was clean and smelled cleaned. The ONLY complaint was the view. But I knew that when booking, BUT it’s literally on the shore! LOVED IT! ”

“We stayed two nights. There was only two of us, so the room was plenty big enough. I liked that you needed codes to get in the building from the beach side, a little extra security. The pools/ hot tub was great. We rented movies from the lobby. Would stay here again!”

“Our rental was a perfect studio with a great balcony view! The studio was clean. The host was quick to respond and wonderful all around! There are a set of bunk beds too if you have children. The balcony is just above the Quarterdeck bar and grill! Perfect if you wanna listen to the music but not be around so many people! You can sit on the deck and enjoy the music while taking in the beautiful view of the ocean! The bed has a picture window which was also nice! We were able to enjoy the sunrise...

“I stayed here because I was looking at buying one of these in the future , but the 1 bedroom in either this building or the other villas , not the main building. I really liked staying here a lot. The main building has lots of stuff you can use too while staying here. The pool that goes inside and out is heated and I really liked that one. I did use the lazy river in front of the villa one day , it's small but nice to float around in. The day I was checking out the Shriner's had a parade...

“Amazing Host! Phenomenal Interior! comfortable beds, and the kids games that are there is such a bonus! Has nearly everything you need to enjoy the beach that is literally 2 blocks away! The host was fast in communication, and extremely willing to help in any way she could! Would recommend, and would definitely stay again! ”

“It was a wonderful property, great price, great location, great views. Bed was comfy. Rooms were clean. Having indood and out door pool/hot tube was perfect. I would recommend staying here. Honestly i would stay here again if i visited MB again. ”
