“Room is clean staff are very helpful we love to see them again ”

“The view from the room is not what we expected. We expected a direct oceanview and balcony facing the ocean where we could hang out on the balcony. All rooms face to the left or right hotal with no direct ocean front rooms. The bacony is 2' wide and can only fit plastic chairs sideways. Location is great. Parking at the hotel was limited as it seems non-hotel residents park there. Mattress seemed old and overly soft. Its truely a 3 star hotel.”

“Great place to stay one night”

“The beach view had lots of trees in the way. The "indoor" pool and hot tub were very dirty. We did not use any of the pools except the hot tub the first night as it was too cold. The hotel also charged me a $200 pet fee and it was not relayed to me how much it was when I checked in. It was not separated on my bill either. ”

“No it was horrible had to pay extra for service dog , then was argued with because the staff is unprofessional and doesnt want whats best to resolve the issues charing me 65 bucks for a dog that has papers 1. 2 they made me wake my kids up to move the room or woukd of been charged 150 bucks told me to ve out in 30 mins came back said ok id move then was told i had 10 mins ... wasnt even 10 mins passed when she said 30 mins , had ocean view which was nice id not said anything about the stay till...

“Room overlooked the beach”

“The rooms were clean but had a musty smell and the bedding had musty smell. Staff was very nice. ”

“All of the staff members were great, especially in the breakfast room. But, speaking of the breakfast room - subpar food selection at best. Parking can be very difficult in a larger vehicle. Location and beach view were nice. I would definitely stay here again. ”
