“Nowhere online does it tell you this hotel is under construction the outdoor pool was closed down the lazy river was the only thing open the rooms are clean but it is not an up-to-date facility the hallway is or definitely a three out of five not a place I would want my kids to run around barefoot”

“Ive had a lot of bad experiences before and never left a review on anything until now. Stayed here two times before and it was great. The last time was horrible. I was locked out of the room multiple times. The door ended up dying twice on two different nights. It ended up being 6 total trips back to the lobby. The room was horrible. Dirty floors, the fridge/freezer kept freezing everything. One electrical outlet not even close to the bed that was available to plug stuff into. Random people...

“Everything was wonderful we had a hair competition and it was right next door to our hotel.and the room was wonderful no problems..we needed extra towels and it took them no time to quicklyget us fresh ones .everything we needed was in one spot and was right on the beach It had in door pools..ice cream spot..arcades ..nail salon..restaurants...and even a convience store it had everything we love it”

“This property had free parking, clean heated pools, view and access to the beach, with beach chairs available for use. Someone was always cleaning and the hotel was kept clean. All staff were very helpful and easy to approach. Everyone was very nice from the moment we walked in. I would definitely stay again. ”

“A place can be old but be a good place to stay. Not this one . Room wasn’t clean. Appliances needed replacing. Staff was friendly. They( midtown) was painting the place while I was there. But I don’t know if they were going to address anything else. You get what you pay for in some cases. ”
