“Great location Easy beach access Rooms and furniture need updated”

“They don’t even deserve a 1 rating!! Would not recommend AT ALL! Pictures are EXTREMELY MISS LEADING TO CUSTOMERS!! This Hotel is a joke! They are under renovations and nothing was mentioned to us. No amenities are working. Breakfast area is dirty and disgusting smells. The floors are dirty, furniture is VERY disgusting and would not sit on it. Our first room smelled of smoke and when called front desk they didn’t believe me and gave me a hard time for another room which also smelled....

I like the elevators, they were quick and hardly any waiting for them to get to the floor. I didn’t care for the parking structure one block away. I love the view from the balcony. The room was clean and well maintained.”

“First off when we got there we got there with the impression that we have rented one particular room which was facing the beach when I went to the front desk the person said we have this room or we have their room you only have two choices and that's how we have seven of all the carpets are dirty third of all the rooms are idated and are small for us to be paid $1,000 for two days it's not worth it .
