“It was good, will be staying again”

“Room was clean and big - plenty of space and beds were very comfortable. There was no hair dryer and none available at the front desk. One ice maker was down and the other was extremely slow and almost always out of ice. I requested fresh towels and trash to be taken out and had to ask repeatedly then go to the desk and get them myself. Not a dealbreaker and I’d stay again likely due to close proximity to everything and overall a decent experience.”

“Check in was seamless. Staff was great. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was great also. ”

“Not a place I would ever stay at again. Pictures are false advertising. The bathroom had mold everywhere. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down and the bathroom door looked like it was brought in from a junkyard. Went to the front desk all he was I will write it down.”

“Friendly staff very helpful and the place is pet friendly which was a struggle to find a hotel that is.”

“Floor was clean in main room, mop boards were dirty. Bathroom was on the edge of dirty. Deadbolt did not work. We did not report this to mgmt. Towels were stained, but appeared clean. We stayed two nights but not likely to return. Had a decent price and that is why we stayed the two nights.”

“I didn’t like that when we arrived at the property check in was at 4:00pm, we’ve been driving for a couple hours just for us to get to the hotel at 5:00pm, when we arrived they told us our room wasn’t ready because they had too many checks outs that same day, well to make things worse, they didn’t give us our room till 8:00pm at night, I asked if they could accommodate us with anything, they said no. All they gave us was two $10 dollar coupons for a drink, they gave us the wrong room, I had...

“Good location, beautiful views, and clean rooms, although the facilities are a bit outdated. Unfortunately, I experienced a very uncomfortable incident shortly after checking in. Maintenance staff entered my room without knocking, which was a serious invasion of my privacy. I reported the incident to the front desk. Although they apologized, the manager never came to address my concerns personally. This experience left me very disappointed.”
