“First, I would stay here again. Clean room, bathroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet. My window overlooked much greenery. The price was terrific, and I got a breakfast that was decent for said cost. Could there be more TLC for the place? Yes, then rates would certainly have to be increased. For me, I am fine with a low-cost stay that comes with cosmetic "imperfections." As noted, I would stay there again.”

“Filthy! Expedia should omit this place from their site and reimburse me. our 1st set of towels were used to walk around our room bc it was so dirty. They didn’t clean the balcony at all, there were tobacco chew spat on the ground that looked like poop. Bathroom countertop had a hair balled at plain sight. pool was never cleaned since we were there, a giant centipede in shallow area, which I mistaken it for a scrunchie, black algae at hot tub. “The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.”

“There was one elevator and the carpet on the floor in the hallway had a bad smell on all the floors the lobby was very hot the lady at the front desk was sweating really hard and the room had no outlet in the bathroom”

“Not handicapped accessible AT ALL my wheelchair would not even fit through the front door of the room on top of it. There was a ledge to get over and then, once we got in the room, the wheelchair couldn't even fit in the bathroom.So I had to abandon the wheelchair and make my way into the bathroom...... I just wouldnt recommend this place The staff was nice though, but the place had cockroaches”
