“This is definitely a seasonal hotel as they don't have an indoor pool. Although the outdoor pool is heated, we were still cold getting out of the pool going to our room. The staff was excellent and very helpful. However like most cleaning staff at any hotel, they don't pay attention to detail as they are trying to turn over rooms quickly. Our ironing board was visibly broken as it only had one leg. And both hair dryers were not available for use; one was broken and one had additional items in...

“The view was great and it’s right on the beach. The waterslides were NOT open for spring break, just on weekends. “Pro's: love that its privately owned, staff are kind and friendly. Good location, directly across the main road from the boardwalk. AC unit worked well. Well maintained property and grounds, parking lot felt safe, dog friendly with reasonable fee. Just all around adorable <3 would recommend to others and stay again. Potential areas of improvement: blackout curtains or thicker curtains of some kind, dont get me wrong, the sunrise is beautiful but its a lot to take in at 5am if you had a late...

“Property is very outdated. The linens and pillows are very worn. There was only cable TV, which was a little frustrating (couldn’t change the input to HDMI to stream or play video game). With that being said the room was clean, it is perfectly located on the beach (big plus), and the staff was very friendly. I know what to expect now and will visit again for a day trip”
