“This hotel is not what I was expecting. I have a list of cons. First there are no cameras in the hallway or the elevator which is a red flag. Second, they have number lock doors and give you a 10 digit access code to type in. We are in the year 2026. Every other hotel has cards that you tap to get into rooms so this was a major inconvenience. Third, the moment we entered the hotel room we could tell it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. “The code access to the room is terrible. Ten code number and if you miss 3 times you are lock out and have to go to the lobby. Key card is better.”

“I was highly disappointed in this resort. The rom was clean but smelled. Carpet definitely needs to be changed. Parking is horrible!!!! The only thing I can say was GREAT was the staff. Will not be returning”
