“First time we turned on the jacuzzi tube the jets turned the water black. Never got to use the jacuzzi tube because the jets were filthy The washer and dryer were both rusted. The patio door would not lock and the patio didn’t have a screen door.”

“The pools were good. The beach area was good. All areas were tired looking. The 1st 2 bedroom sweet they tried to put us in was sub par with a huge puddle in the 2nd bathroom coming from the AC unit in the ceiling. The desk clerk said , oh I’ve heard that before. The unit smelled like an old basement. It was on the 1st floor. The furniture was old, stained and dirty. We asked for another unit to look at and the switched us to another unit up high. “Our second visit to the hotel. Very pleased with the upgrade to the overall hotel appearance. All freshly painted. Very clean and comfortable hotel to stay in. Lots of amenities and very convenient location. Staff were awesome and highly recommended hotel to stay in the beach. The waterpark under both towers covers all eventualities for weather. ***** rating”

“Well the property was very good the pool and the fact that is close to the beach help but the place need to be cleaned and redone it looks old and dirty most of the vending machines were broken or malfunctioning they kept 12 dollars from my son overall I give one start”

“Location was great. The hotel is a little dated but the rooms were fine. The wood floor vs carpet does make it feel cleaner. I had an ocean view, not ocean front. It was nice to see the ocean from the balcony but I couldn't hear the waves. It was loud because of the air conditioning units outside of the building and noices from the adjacent hotel and cars, etc... I would splurge for ocean front next time. The on-sight restaurant, Salt & Lime, was very good. There was coffee in the gift shop for...
