“The rooms was not senior citizen friendly, not seating(chairs), bathroom area not cleaned and floor dirty. ”

“Overall stay was good and the room was nice. The room key didn't work on the first 2 attempts, but they did get that resolved. The elevators for the parking deck didn't work on floors 4 through 7 which meant for some serious hikes up and down steps more than once. ”

“Everything was great but they had beach blocked off. The light from construction on beach was shining in window all night so that was annoying. Couldn’t use Jacuzzi really loud annoying people playing music and instruments all night for hours acting like everyone not there to relax I don’t think that should of been allowed”

“The hotel is one of the only nice ones in this town. Cool sports bar and balcony to sit on. Beautiful 2 bedroom suite. ”

“Easy check in an check out. Friendly staff. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Have Starbucks coffee in the lobby and good breakfast! Def recommend!”

“Breakfast times were limited due to hotel policy, but luckily we were the PM wave.(here for volleyball tournament) We did enjoy the location and ease of getting in and out of the parking lot. We did mean to try the restaurant right beside the hotel but did not have time. ”

“This place is not what the reviews have said. I feel reviews have been manipulated perhaps with one off reviews and not with people who frequently travel. As soon as you get to sandy beach resort the hotel is very tired. Unbeknownst to us there are 2 different sections to the hotel. Unfortunately we booked the old side magnolia. Had we not prepaid we would have left. The staff were extremely kind and efficient. They moved us (an upgrade we had to pay for) to a better unit. It too was tired....
