“The internet was very slow during our stay. There were no towels available at the pool area, which was disappointing. Additionally, many areas of the property, including the elevators, had a strong smell of marijuana. The elevators were extremely slow, and at checkout time, we decided to leave at 10 AM instead of the scheduled 11 AM checkout.
