“We had a great stay at Bay View. Located right on the water with beach access, great views. The ocean was a little chilly while we were here but the hotel offered multiple indoor/outdoor pools and spas that the kids absolutely loved. Our room was spacious and perfect for a family of 5 (condo b) and even had a full kitchen to make early morning breakfast all the easier. Our only problem was the plumbing. One of the showers in our unit made an awful knocking sound whenever the hot water turned on...

“Office was hard to find; needs a clear “Office” sign. Check-in was smooth with a $100 deposit, and the front desk lady was very nice. Main issue was cleanliness under the bed. It was not swept. “Didn't make reservations to stay here. Expedia called 6 days before the planned trip and changed us to this hotel, saying that the Yachtsman couldn't accommodate us/ fulfill the prepaid contract that was agreed to. . We were sorely disappointed to find the walls rotted at the baseboard level, no coffee maker, no fitness ctr, no hot tub, and the phone didn't work so we had to go to a different bldg to get towels. “The hotel was under construction which was not mentioned on the online booking. There were no wash clothes and limited towels because the dryer was not working. The walls had signs on them that stated wet walls. All in all the hotel looked abandoned and dirty because stuff was all over the floors, mattresses in the hall and other things. The rooms were ok the bathroom only had a half of a roll. The hotel was ok for a one night stay for adults. I would recommend taking children.”
