“They were very nice people and it was clean and quiet”

“I cannot say enough about how awesome this hotel was! We’ve been to Myrtle Beach several times and usually stay further south but we chose this one since we were staying such weird days. Check in process was easy and simple and our room was right next to the top of the parking garage, making it easy to get everything inside. Pools felt amazing and a lot of variety to choose from. Beach access and the views were great too! And the food!! Breakfast was really good but you better get there early...

“Didn’t like the cleanliness. Blood stains on bed sheets, beds not comfy, bad smell in rooms and elevater. Indoor pool dirty. Clogged bathrooms, not enough kitchenware, toaster didn’t work. I paid for beach view room but I didn’t get that room. They said this is what’s available now. Over all it was bad experience. I tried to complain to Expedia via phone but I couldn’t because I had to download the Expedia app in order to complain. ”

“Although this property is older, it was well maintained and the units/rooms were updated since my last stay there 10 years ago. Staff was very friendly. Check in was smooth. My grandkids enjoyed every bit of the lazy river tubing, the 4 outdoor pools, and the easily accessible beach. The fully equipped kitchen was also a plus!! We hit up the local Walmart and saved some $$ by not eating out much. Rates were fantastic also. Definitely would stay there again!! ”

“I stayed here 33 years ago and was so happy that the Vancouver hadnt been replaced with another high rise or gone over to the sketchy side like so many other small motels I used to stay in. Yes, it is old and it shows in places. You won't find the newest furnishings here. If these things bother you, don't stay here. “Stayed from Wednesday to Saturday, my little family enjoyed our stay. While the furnishing were older they derved their purpose, the owner and staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request we had. Beach access was excellent, pool at hotel was great and the environment was overall welcoming and friendly. We will definitely stay here again, if ever in South Carolina. ”

“Great property for kids. Took grandkids 10 and 12 yrs old. They enjoyed 2 Lazy Rivers, 2 outdoor pools and waterslides. No restaurants on location however Walmart supermarket and Walmart Supercenter within 10 - 15 minutes. Stayed in large 2 bedroom, full kitchen with washer and dryer. Stocked kitchen for lunch,and snacks but ate out for breakfast and dinner. Plenty of restaurants and things to do with 5 - 20 minutes. Staff was great!
