“The unit was clean and smelt sterile. The view from the balcony was amazing and the staff were nice. We had super easy access to the beach and pool all day!”

“I was exhausted coming from early morning flights. A customer was ranting and raving about the poor condition her room was in. The staff member didn’t acknowledge me and allowed the customer to complain. The customer finally left after 5 minutes. I found it extremely rude not to acknowledge me. The room floor was sticky. The elevator smelled of rancid piss for a day. I didn’t have enough towels.”

“The view was very nice and we enjoyed the restaurant. The room was clean- only thing I would say is the tub was very slippery so just be careful when showering and the conditioner was empty. Staff there were all friendly; check in was a breeze and the map was very helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious.”

“The room and the property was amazing, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel . The beach view was a cherry on top of it all , if you visit Myrtle Beach definitely stay at this hotel . I 100% recommend this hotel for anyone.”
