Hotel vicino a Warbird Park - Myrtle Beach

“The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.”

“The hotel we will be staying at again in the future. No complaints about rooms. They were dredging the beaches and the beach was closed the whole time we stayed. Bummer !!!! We should have been notified of this. And or compensated for our stay that we paid full swing highest rates of the year for. We had to drive down the coast and pay to go to the beach that was packed out. Not a good vacation. And those bulldozers ran non stop 24 hours a day the first days we were there. What happened to...

“Our room was in much need of complete refurbishing. The stove was very dirty around knows. Dishes were very old and no organizing. The floor had grim and dirt between tiles. Bathtub ...So much soap grime you could scratch your name in it. Our beach view was great. The elderly lady at the desk was very nice. We did not complain to the staff but I do feel management should look behind their housekeeping staff because they are taking shortcuts.”

“Let me start by saying any vacation I'm able to take. I'm very grateful for however. The pictures that were on their website compared to inperson We're very off unless that was pictures for a different location. And it could have well been, however. The room seemed to be, you know, very run down like it's time for an update the pool was closed earlier than the time stated. You can only get one parking pass per room. Not the worst experience so far, yet very over priced.”

“The view was beautiful. I didn't realize the kitchen did not come equipped. I didn't notice in the description that there wasn't a stove or hotplate. We had bought stuff to make pasta after a long travel day. There is a microwave, but no bowls, no utensils, no plates. I just didn't know, so make sure you get these things if you plan to eat in the room.”

“The unit was disgustingly filthy, you cannot walk in the unit in bare feet because your feet literally are black. There were toothpaste marks on the bathroom counter, as if somebody missed when they spit into the sink. The walls and the baseboards in the room have not been cleaned at all. The cleanliness quality made me feel like I was staying in the lowest grade motel out there. ( I have pictures to post) we were charged a significant resort fee for a 3 day stay, but there were very few...

“Not much upkeep at this hotel. Pool running over and onto sand path to beach, making it a wet/sandy mess, staff didn’t seem to care. Staff were too busy on their cell phone to answer questions while we checked in. Room Flores were dirty/ sandy. Clean sheets. TV didn’t work. Shower had long hairs on the walls. Common areas were dirty stairs needed to be power washed. The elevator felt like it was gonna break down every time we wrote it. Doors were open without reason after the doors are closed....

They didn’t clean the balcony at all, there were tobacco chew spat on the ground that looked like poop. Bathroom countertop had a hair balled at plain sight. pool was never cleaned since we were there, a giant centipede in shallow area, which I mistaken it for a scrunchie, black algae at hot tub.
