“Check in was very easy. Parking, if you're lucky, you can get a spot on the property but there is a parking garage across the street not too far. It's secure and you need a pass key to get in. The main entrance was very clean and welcoming. Our condo was on the 8th floor. The key pass does not work on the door so you have to punch the code in all the time. My room was clean, I had a beautiful view, and the furnishings inside the efficiency were clean and nice! The pizza place on site was really good and the hotel was in a good location I had a great trip!”

They do permit a late check out extending till 1 for almost 51$ as I wanted one to enjoy breakfast before traveling 10 hours back lol but not knowing how bad traffic was in Conway we unfortunately got hit from behind heading back to the hotel in Conway , tried reaching out to the hotel as police were handling the accident to add additional money to extend the check out so we could load the...

“The view from our room was wonderful from the eighth floor beach and water as far as the eye could see. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I loved being able to text the front desk if I needed anything from towels to toilet paper. I would definitely recommend and will be using the Indigo again in the future.”

“The woman was super nice and helpful but I just have to say the rooms where awful I was terrified of there being bedbugs it was so nasty, there was no toilet paper and no shower curtain and dead bugs huge cockroaches left inside the room. The first original room I was given there was an A/C taken apart in the middle of the room and trash everywhere. ”
