“Very nice stay clean rooms nice environment ”

“The view was great and it’s right on the beach. The waterslides were NOT open for spring break, just on weekends. Having water slides all week was one of the reasons we chose this resort specifically and we were disappointed. Not a lot of dining options but the ones that were there were really good. Enjoyed the free mini golf course and free pier access. Seemed like at less half the days there was an elevator out of service for an hour or two so sometimes we had to walk around to alternating...

“If i'm being 100% honest, for the price, wasnt bad. I was expecting worse. Room was clean and critter free, staff were actively cleaning. I missed the memo about pets being allowed but didnt affect my stay. There were some downsides like some loose panels in the bathroom and one that had a rusty nail behind it. The water pressure is quite low and not very hot. Parking is solid. No issues there. Property is definitely a mixed bag. ”

“Property is very outdated. The linens and pillows are very worn. There was only cable TV, which was a little frustrating (couldn’t change the input to HDMI to stream or play video game). With that being said the room was clean, it is perfectly located on the beach (big plus), and the staff was very friendly. I know what to expect now and will visit again for a day trip”

“We upgraded our stay, with a beach view and balcony. However, the door going out to the beach balcony. It's almost impossible to open up sometimes. Could not open it up, had the call maintenance 3 times and still couldn't fix it.”

“So the first thing I want to say is when we checked in they gave us a key to someone else’s room and we opened the door and someone was literally in there taking a shower and we hurried up and shut the door! Then we got to our room and there was a piece of the wall on the floor with nails sticking out and I’m so glad my 3 and 6 year old didn’t step on it! “Having to wait cause room was not ready is ok but 3 hours at no one advise you that is ready unacceptable … and i had my whole family and getting extra pillows and extra blankets was a hassle But room was comfortable for everyone ”

“The room and staff are just ok however, I was extremely disappointed in not having at least a free continental breakfast! Sure, you can buy breakfast for $15 but considering the price you pay to stay here, that’s ridiculous for a Four Points hotel! I’ve stayed at Four Points before and had a much better experience than this one. I will not stay here again.”
