“Very nice stay clean rooms nice environment ”

“The view was great and it’s right on the beach. The waterslides were NOT open for spring break, just on weekends. Having water slides all week was one of the reasons we chose this resort specifically and we were disappointed. Not a lot of dining options but the ones that were there were really good. Enjoyed the free mini golf course and free pier access. Seemed like at less half the days there was an elevator out of service for an hour or two so sometimes we had to walk around to alternating...

“We upgraded our stay, with a beach view and balcony. However, the door going out to the beach balcony. It's almost impossible to open up sometimes. Could not open it up, had the call maintenance 3 times and still couldn't fix it.”

“The room and staff are just ok however, I was extremely disappointed in not having at least a free continental breakfast! Sure, you can buy breakfast for $15 but considering the price you pay to stay here, that’s ridiculous for a Four Points hotel! I’ve stayed at Four Points before and had a much better experience than this one. I will not stay here again.”

“Property is very outdated. The linens and pillows are very worn. There was only cable TV, which was a little frustrating (couldn’t change the input to HDMI to stream or play video game). With that being said the room was clean, it is perfectly located on the beach (big plus), and the staff was very friendly. I know what to expect now and will visit again for a day trip”

Access is right there when you come down to the ground level All staff I encountered were friendly Breakfast is decent, pretty standard but nothing ran out without being replaced by staff quickly On site restaurant was convenient, although the food is just standard, however pretty tasty. Cons The beds ARE TERRIBLE!!! So rock hard it made my three night stay really bad. Had intense pains while sleeping...

“This was our second time back. This time we brought the kids. They had a great time. The property is wonderful and the staff are friendly overall. The only downside is there aren't many amenities/extras like a microwave or free breakfast or beach cabanas for rent. They should also open the bar at the pool area. They should invest in ice machines in each building as well because its very inconvenient to get ice in only 1 of the 3. When we stayed last time it was just adults so it wasn't as bad...
